It is the policy of Hallmark Consumer Services Ltd. to provide products and services that fully and consistently meet or exceed the expectations of both our clients and their customers, and to ensure that the service provided is fit for purpose.

In order to demonstrate to both clients and employees our commitment to quality it is the policy of Hallmark to achieve and maintain recognition through an independent accrediting body as a company of assessed quality capability under the requirements of ISO 9001. This is in addition to ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and regulatory requirements.

Hallmark is committed to review, determine and implement changes to the quality management system in order to ensure that its effectiveness is continually improved.
The quality policy of Hallmark is communicated to all staff and interested parties, and it is implemented through the operation of the “Hallmark Management System” and the setting and monitoring of business and quality objectives. The requirements of this system are mandatory for all company personnel and no unauthorised alterations or deviations are permitted.

The only way to achieve and maintain this policy is for every team member, in whatever capacity to perform his or her work to the highest standard at all times.
