Hallmark employs around 50 people across both the office and our warehouse; of these 10 employees have given 15 years of service or more showing our dedication and commitment to both our customers and the business.

Chris Hall
Chris Hall - Chief Executive

Chris founded the company in 1992 after a career with three multi-national firms: Proctor & Gamble, Mars and Mattel.

Philip Hall
Philip Hall - Managing Director

Phil joined Hallmark in 2001 to take on various IT-related responsibilities. He became our IT Director in 2009.

Laura Pomfret
Laura Pomfret - Operations Director

Laura came to Hallmark in 1994, having previously worked for Mattel Toys where for seven years she worked in marketing and handled toy launches for Barbie and He-Man.

Elin Betts - Business Manager

Elin came to Hallmark in 1999 where she started on our call centre. She was then promoted to our Client Management team.

Sasha Pugh - Business Manager

Sasha joined Hallmark in 2015 after running her own logistics business for 15 years. Prior that she worked as an Area Manager for Shell and Pizza Hut.

Ruth Hatherall - Client Manager

Ruth initially joined Hallmark for a gap year after completing her A Levels. Having taken on various roles in the business, she joined our Client Management team in 2002.

Michelle Fotheringham - Client Manager

Michelle began working at Hallmark in 1996 in our call centre before she was promoted to our Client Management team.

Emma Weston
Emma Weston - Client Manager

Emma began working for Hallmark in 1998. Emma transfered to the Client Management Team in 2008. After a short break to have her second child, she then managed the Data Processing Department until 2016. Emma re-joined the Client Management Team in 2016.

Jenny Pick
Jenny Pick - Contact Centre Manager

Jenny heads our Inbound Contact Centre. Jenny joined Hallmark in 2009 in the Contact Centre as a Customer Service Advisor. In 2011 Jenny started to train new agents in the Contact Centre before being promoted to Contact Centre Manager in 2014.
