 Customer Service Advisor - Melton Mowbray

Inbound Contact Centre - No Sales


37.5 hours per week - Permanent Basis                                 

About Us:
Hallmark Consumer Services are a multi award winning family business based in the heart of the East Midlands in Melton Mowbray Leicestershire.
We have a 40,000sqft warehouse and multi-client inbound contact centre.
We work for a variety of clients from the leisure sector through to farming and charity sector.

About The Role:
We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our inbound contact centre based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. 
You will be receiving telephone calls from customers who require the best customer service experience they've ever had. From order queries to product information you'll be on hand to help them solve their query and leave them feeling great about the business you're representing.
Between calls you'll be working in our e-mail software to help customers who have emailed in line with client SLAs. Please note none of our calls are sales calls.

 About You:
You'll be outgoing, loyal and be able to work in a growing and ever changing environment. You will have at least a Grade C in English and Maths and have previous customer service experience (where you were brilliant!).
You will have experience in working under pressure, juggling priorities. You'll also be great at managing your own workload.

The role pays between £7.83-£9.64 per hour depending on experience. We offer free, on-site parking and are a caring and friendly place to work.

Mailings & Contract Packing (37.5 hours per week Mon-Sun)

Order Fulfilment (37.5 hours per week Mon-Sun)

Working in our busy Leicestershire warehouse, you'll be responsible for picking and packing orders on behalf of our clients.

You'll have great attention to detail, thrive to succeed and a good track record in timekeeping and attendance.
