We are delighted to announce that we have recently been accredited with ISO 9001:2008, recognising our commitment to quality in the sectors of multi-channel order processing, direct mail, storage, handling and distribution. As well as this, we have also been accredited with ISO 14001:2004 certification in Environmental management.
Quality has been one of our core business principles since the company was founded in 1992. Our quality management system reflects the exacting requirements of clients which include many national blue chip clients, public bodies and local companies. ISO 9001:2008 is the international standard for quality management and gaining accreditation proves our commitment to quality throughout our business processes.
The achievement of ISO 14001:2004 certificate in environmental management was gained after the implementation of an environmental policy which identifies and manages those aspects of the business that have an impact on the environment.
EMDA, through Business Link helped to fund us through the accreditation process, and Jonathan Wright of Main BC provided the technical expertise.
