Dickinson & Morris –Pork Pie Mailing

Dickinson & Morris Pork Pie Shoppe in Melton wanted us to mail their Christmas brochure for them. They supplied us with a database of 8,500 which we cleaned, PAF'd, checked and removed 800 returns. We inserted the brochure, a leaflet and a personalised letter into an envelope and mail sorted.

Birmingham Children's Hospital

When Birmingham Children’s Hospital first contacted us they asked if we could help them find a viable solution for storing, delivering products and mailing to their customer database for their charity online store We needed to store and dispatch all products in a timely fashion and manage their database to maximise efficiency and savings.

Firstly we looked at how we could manage BCH’s mailing lists to best effect and improve efficiency. This was accomplished through our combination of database management, e-commerce expertise and onsite warehousing, which helped streamline the process and we took advantage of Royal Mail volume discounts.
We are now also providing our expertise in stock management and fulfilment to help develop the Red Balloon Trading further to make it a rising success. 

As well as the initial saving of £7000 through volume mailing discounts, savings were also made in cost effective warehouse, with same day delivery and no fee being charged for the online store Red Balloon Trading. 


BBC Countryfile

The BBC needed an efficient, cost-effective and multi-channel fulfilment solution for their Countryfile calendar. The credit payment processing of telephone, online and postal orders was an important factor, as was the timely and accurate despatch of all calendars to their customers.

Hallmark won this prestigious contract by excelling in accuracy, efficiency, security and confidentiality of their multi-channel fulfilment business. The processing of post and phone orders was professionally handled by our Customer Service team. Ordering stock, transaction processing, same-day despatch and real-time reporting on the sales was made available to the BBC, giving them transparency and confidence in Hallmark’s professional service.

Over 272,000 copies of the Countryfile calendar were sold this year; of each calendar a donation of at least £4.00 goes to Children In Need.
