We can easily process multi-channel orders and provide a full range of payment options which allows us to receive your orders via the web and email, over the phone or by post. Our order processing system allows single or multiple operators to process orders and payments whilst simultaneously receiving orders via your e-commerce website.

We offer web integration for a smooth transition from order to despatch; your customers’ orders will be pushed automatically from your shopping basket site into our Order Processing System and then will be picked up by our Warehouse Management System via one of two daily pick-runs. By using automated systems it cuts down on manual work, which will save you time and money.

Our system automatically generates branded despatch notes for our clients, so that their customers know exactly where they've ordered from, ensuring a professional and seamless fulfilment service.

Our standard payment option is secure online credit and debit card processing directly into clients' bank accounts through Verifone (previously called Commidea) one of the UK's leading providers of card processing systems. The payment is authorised at the time that the order is entered whether that be over the telephone or via the web, although the funds are not taken until the order is physically despatched.
Alternatively you can use an online payment gateway like SagePay or PayPal; although these systems use the same authorisation process as Verifone, the payment is taken at the point of ordering rather than the point of despatch.

Depending on the type of your business and your product offering we can utilise numerous standard and express shipping services whilst striving to keep costs as low as possible. Orders that are placed before 2pm are usually despatched the same day with 100% of in-stock items despatched within 48hours. On despatch, tracking numbers for express shipping and courier services are uploaded to our systems meaning that we can track a parcel’s journey from order right through to delivery.
