The Leisure Pass Group is the largest attraction pass company in the world comprising Boston-based Smart Destinations, parent company Go City Card, The New York Pass and UK-based Leisure Pass Group. The Leisure Pass Group operates passes in 33 destinations across 16 countries and 5 continents.

Hallmark provides picking, packing and dispatch of individual orders for attraction admission passes, guide books and travel cards for a majority of destination cities. We also provide the customer service support for the Leisure Pass Group, guiding tourists through the ordering process, assisting with attraction queries and helping customers whenever possible.

Tourists visit all year round and Hallmark’s operations are constantly there to support the Leisure Pass group. Their dedicated client account manager works closely with them throughout the year to ensure a first-class, seamless service is delivered, to plan for busy periods, including Christmas and the summer months and to manage unexpected peaks or incidents.
