Hallmark wins Team of the Year award
Hallmark Consumer Services has been crowned Team of the Year at the Melton Times Achievement Awards 2018, in recognition of our team development and the commitment of our team leaders.
The winners were announced at a celebration evening on Friday 19 October at Brooksby Hall.
The Awards celebrate all that is great about Melton Mowbray by recognising businesses, events, individuals and organisations that make the Melton area a great place to live and work.
The Team of the Year award recognises companies where each and every member of the team matters and makes a difference and works together with a value system that delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Hallmark’s Managing Director, Philip Hall, said:
“We are delighted to have won the Team of the Year Award. Over the past 12 months, our team leaders have taken part in an extensive development programme, completing managerial training and apprenticeships through a Lean Leadership Academy for improving operational performance.
“The team have already demonstrated their learning and have helped to drive efficiencies, set goals and focus on continuous improvement, which has improved staff morale massively.
“It is fantastic to be the winner of this local award which has given our team leaders the recognition they deserve for all of their hard work and determination.”
