Chris founded the company in 1992 after a career with three multi-national firms: Proctor & Gamble, Mars and Mattel. Whilst he's taken a small step back from the day-to-day running of the business, he is still very much involved alongside son Phil, providing strategic insight and direction.

Since then Terri has trained new agents in the contact centre as well as handling customer complaints that arise before being promoted to Contact Centre Manager in 2017.

Since beginning his career with Hallmark as an administrator in our data processing team, Christian then moved into a managerial role within the team before taking the lead with our IT systems and services.

Melanie is responsible for Hallmark’s accounts department, taking charge of invoices, purchase orders and the day to day running of accounts.
