Using state-of-the-art technology, Hallmark Consumer Services can receive and process orders seamlessly across a variety of channels, as well as handle refunds, swaps and returns.

Our order processing system allows single or multiple operators to process orders and payments whilst simultaneously receiving orders via your e-commerce website. Web integration with your online ordering platform ensures a smooth transition from order to despatch; your customers’ orders will be pushed automatically from your shopping basket site into our order processing system and will then be picked up by our warehouse management system via one of two daily pick-runs.

The Hallmark system automatically generates branded despatch notes so that your customers know exactly where they’ve ordered from, ensuring a professional and seamless service.

Our standard payment option is secure online credit and debit card processing through Verifone, but you could use an online payment gateway like SagePay or PayPal. The only difference is the point at which payment is taken.

Hallmark has access to numerous standard and express shipping services and receives generous postage and packaging discounts which we pass directly on to you to help keep costs as low as possible.

Orders that are placed before 2pm are usually despatched the same day with 100% of in-stock items despatched within 48hours. We can then track a parcel’s journey from order right through to delivery.

We know the importance of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, which is why we work to agreed service levels to ensure that parcels reach your customers quickly and safely.
