Chris Hall Chief Executive
Chris founded the company in 1992 after a career with three multi-national firms: Proctor & Gamble, Mars and Mattel. Whilst he's taken a small step back from the day-to-day running of the business, he is still very much involved alongside son Phil, providing strategic insight and direction.

Philip Hall Managing Director
Phil joined Hallmark in 2001 and became our IT Director in 2009. Phil is now Hallmark's managing director since taking over the reigns from father, Chris. He oversees the running of the business and its continued success.

Laura Pomfret Commercial Director
Laura came to Hallmark in 1994, having previously worked for Mattel Toys where for seven years she worked in marketing and handled toy launches for Barbie and He-Man.

Elin Betts Business Manager
Elin came to Hallmark in 1999 where she started in our call centre. She was then promoted to our client management team.

Sasha Pugh Business Manager
Sasha joined Hallmark in 2015 after running her own logistics business for 15 years. Prior to that she worked as an Area Manager for Shell and Pizza Hut.

Sarah joined us in 2012 as Client Manager having previously worked at 4DM and Vertis.

Jonny McGrady Client Manager
Jonny began working for Hallmark in 2014. Jonny joined as a Customer Service Advisor before being promoted to Senior Customer Service Advisor and assisted with any complaints that came in to our inbound contact centre. Jonny moved to our client management team in 2017.

Matthew returned to us in September 2020, joining our Client Management team after a five year break working for a local ERP software development company.

Terri Nicholls Contact Centre Manager
Terri heads our inbound contact centre. Terri joined Hallmark in the contact centre as a Customer Service Advisor. Since then Terri has trained new agents in the contact centre as well as handling customer complaints that arise before being promoted to Contact Centre Manager in 2017.

Christian has a wealth of technical knowledge and heads up our IT department. Since beginning his career with Hallmark as an administrator in our data processing team, Christian then moved into a managerial role within the team before taking the lead with our IT systems and services.

Rachel joined Hallmark in August 2022 having previously worked in car sales and also for a 3d scanning company. She enjoys walking her dogs and has recently taken up golf in her spare time.

Melanie Foster Finance Administrator
Melanie started working at Hallmark in October 1997 in the contact centre before moving to our accounts department in 2003. Melanie is responsible for Hallmark’s accounts department, taking charge of invoices, purchase orders and the day to day running of accounts.
